“Steer into the Skid” is the working title of my current collection of poems. I started working on this toward the end of 2022, though there are a few poems from 2020 and 2021 in here that did not fit the pandemic theme of “Carry Out Carton Fortress”. This collection is still in progress, and will evolve over time.
I am performing a 20 minute show as part of the Elgin Fringe Arts Festival in September also titled “Steer into the Skid” that includes many poems in this collection as well as some unposted work and work still in progress. Latest updates on that show can be found here.
